Sam and I cooked all day on Saturday to prepare our Easter dinner for his family. We made chicken and matzo ball soup, vegetable curry, sage roast lamb stuffed with mushrooms and spinach, mashed potatoes, and couscous with saffron. It was quite the do! We were blessed that Nita was able to come. She will be moving west soon, so we will not be seeing as 
much of her as I 
would like.
